The exam will be conducted in following phases -

1. Preliminary Exam (Objective)

2. Mains Exam (Objective + Descriptive)

3. Interview

1. Letter Writing - 10 marks

2. Essay - 20 marks

  • Note -

  • A penalty of 1/4th mark would be deducted for every wrong answer.
  • Candidates need to clear the sectional as well as the overall cutoff in both the phases of the exam,
  • Descriptive test of only those candidates would be evaluated who qualify the mains exam. The candidates need to qualify the cutoff of descriptive exam as well but the marks of the descriptive test would not be included while shortlisting the candidates for the interview.
  • The tentative slot for the mains phase of the exam is January 2017.
